The people we serve

As a charity, we aim to provide a range of services for adults in the community and their family carers, in their own homes.

We support people with life-limiting conditions such as Cancer, Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's, MS, Stroke etc.

Our operating area covers parts of Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey.  We generally operate within a radius of approximately 10 miles of our office base in Bordon, but we are looking to expand our boundaries to take in further communities.

Referrals come from GP surgeries, district nurses, Primary Care Trusts, other caring organisations - or individuals and their family carers can self-refer.
