The people we serveAs a charity, we aim to provide a range of services to adults with life-limiting conditions, as well as their carers/families, in their own homes.We support people such as the frail and elderly as well as people with other life-limiting conditions such as Cancer, Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's, MS, Stroke etc. Our operating area covers parts of Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey. We generally operate within a radius of approximately 10 miles of our office base in Bordon, but we are looking to expand our boundaries to take in further communities. Referrals come from GP surgeries, district nurses, Primary Care Trusts, other caring organisations - or individuals and their carers can self-refer. |
